Bil Cornelius is the founder and lead pastor of Church Unlimited, which has grown to a membership of over 8,000 people between multiple campuses, making it one of Outreach Magazine’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Churches. In 2008, he launched Bil Cornelius Ministries, a TV ministry that brings his message of hope to South Texas. Bil is also a sought-after speaker and church health and growth consultant and lives in Texas with his wife, Jessica, and their three children.

Mike Royal is the National Director of TLG, an award-winning charity, enabling churches to work with children and young people at risk of exclusion from school across the UK. Mike has 15 years experience in local church leadership and has been the National Youth Director of a church denomination. Mike was formerly an Urban Planner with a first class degree in Urban Studies. He serves as an adviser to statutory agencies on gang-related issues. He was champion for the Young People key line of enquiry for the Birmingham Strategic Partnership social inclusion process. He also chaired a policy working group for the Centre for Social Justice on Youth Justice Reform. He has a Masters degree in Black Theology from Birmingham University, and has been married to Viviene for 20 years.

Rev Dr Kate Coleman is founding director of Next Leadership.  She has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the church, charity and voluntary sectors and is a mentor and coach to leaders.

Kate recently completed a term as Chair of the Evangelical Alliance Council (2012-2014), is a former president of the Baptist Union of Great Britain (2006-2007), and a Baptist Minister.

A popular speaker and lecturer, Kate has gained a reputation as a visionary and an inspiration to many. She is a strategic advisor who mentors, coaches and supports leaders and organisations locally, nationally and internationally. Her network extends across all sectors and church denominations. Kate is author of 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership.

Her media contributions include the mainstream press, radio and TV.

Kate is a Certified Stakeholder Centered Coach.

Paul Payne is the co-leader of the Dunamis Network – a network focused on the development and character building of young people, through mentorship and empowerment. With aim to build and grow the capacity of urban communities towards confidence and societal leadership. Paul is also a dynamic public speaker and advocate for human rights and freedom. He's also the Operations Manager at ‘The Key is E’, a social investment fund which identifies and invests African entrepreneurs and small businesses that will strongly benefit and impact the lives of children. Paul is also official Aid and Parliamentary Researcher to Lord (Dr) Michael Hastings, CBE. He works hard at encouraging and facilitating collaboration between stakeholders in various industries such as government, business and NGOS.

Andy and his wife, Janine come from the beautiful east coast of New Zealand. Together with their four elementary aged children and ten suitcases, they arrived in Redding, California in August of 2008. They had a dream to give their lives to develop people. Little did they know they would soon be partnering with Danny Silk and his new team, helping develop an organization to build the lives of people.

Andy and Janine helped develop and now lead the Dream Coaching Program at Bethel Church. This has spread into programs and classes in Bethel Christian School and Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. They have also helped catalyze Dream Cultures in other churches, businesses and a Community Center.

Andy has a background ranging from relationship management and agri-business consultancy to international community development, having helped establish a microfinance project, orphan program and leadership development in eastern Uganda. He was also involved for ten years in the leadership team of a local New Zealand church. At the core of all this was the desire to help people discover purpose and resource them in whatever way possible to get there. (See also HeaveninBusiness.com)

Kristian Thorpe is the Lead Pastor of Arena ChurchKristian first came to Arena Church in 2000, after moving from Milton Keynes Christian Centre where he served as Youth Pastor. He served alongside former Senior Pastor Eric Hobson before taking over the leadership of the church in 2007. He is genuinely excited about the church and is passionate about bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to all people in the most practical, relevant and understandable way. Kristianis impassioned by the church working as a team and believes that church should be welcoming, fun, full of vision and should above all show the love and power of God. Kristian is married to Caroline and they have four fantastic children; Annie, Eleanor, Isaac and Lilia.
